Horia Adrian is the President and CEO of Holcim Philippines, which he joined in March 2021. Prior to the Philippines, Mr. Adrian served as the CEO of Romania and Market Head Emerging Europe starting in February 2018. He joined the Holcim Group in 2000 as project manager for Romania’s ready-mix and aggregates division. His results and management model earned him senior management roles in Holcim including CEO for Russia, Eastern Europe & Commonwealth of Independent States and Middle East. He also headed Holcim’s Business Transformation. Mr. Adrian holds an MBA from the Ajou University in Suwon, South Korea, and a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the Dunarea de Jos University in Galaţi, Romania.
